Izara is a business operations platform operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or use the platform, and how we handle it.

2. Information we collect

• Account details you provide when creating a workspace — organization name, administrator name, email address and password.
• Business data your team enters into your workspace — employee records, customers, invoices, tickets and similar operational records. This data belongs to you.
• Contact and demo requests submitted through our website forms.
• Basic technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security and reliability.

3. How we use it

• To provide and operate your workspace, including sending service emails such as signup confirmations and onboarding instructions.
• To respond to enquiries you send us.
• To secure the platform, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your business records for advertising.

4. Security & data isolation

Every customer workspace runs in its own isolated database schema — your records are never mixed with another tenant's. Access inside your workspace is governed by the roles and permissions your administrators configure. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing.

5. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies only — nothing that tracks you across other websites, and no third-party advertising cookies. Here is every cookie the site sets:

6. Data retention & your rights

Workspace data is retained for as long as your subscription is active. When a workspace is closed, its data is deleted after a grace period. You may request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time.
